How can I gain more information on renting a space?

For all letting of commercialisation space in the mall please contact the Centre Manager Andy Pay on 01268 515 644 or send a message via our contact page.

Are pets allowed inside the centre?

The Knightswick Centre only allows guide dogs.

All other animals are not permitted.

Can I smoke/drink inside the centre?

The Knightswick Centre operates a strict no drinking or smoking policy that includes

forms of E cigarettes and vapours.

Are there places to eat in the centre?

The Knightswick Centre has a Costa Coffee, a popular cafe called Caffe Floria 

and a new and well loved, chicken and burger place, Munchy's!

Is there disabled parking available?

The Knightswick Centre has 17 disabled bays which are all on ground level, with easy access to the centres shops and amenities.

Are there any photo booth's to have passport photos taken?

The Knightswick Centre has 2 passport photo machines that are run by Photo Me.

Are the toilets part of the Knightswick Centre?

The toilets are located within the Centre’s car park, but are the responsibility

of Castlepoint Borough Council.

Who manages the car park?

The car park is run and managed by the Knightswick Centre with

the assistance of contracted staff.

Where can I store my bike?

The Knightswick Centre supports sustainable transport and encourages bike use.

There are 3 main cycle racks at the entrances and exits of the centre.

Please use these as bikes are not permitted in the mall.
